We are looking for a people-oriented leader, with the customer as well as internal teamwork in sight. A person who wants to shape the future together with us. We are looking for our next Managing Director to lead Volvo Construction Equipment in Norway – is it you? 

What you will do

You will be part of an unprecedented transformation journey. Our industry is facing significant changes and Volvo Group is in the lead and committed to an ambitious sustainability agenda. You will from the get-go, be part of, and have a rare opportunity to influence the most significant transformation we will ever go through – a golden opportunity to change! 

You will drive our business in Norway to ensure continued growth and drive our sustainability journey towards electrification and fossil free products and solutions. 

You will have full accountability for the financial and operational performance of the Norwegian operations. We expect you to create a learning organization where collaboration is your means of interaction and trust is your way of empowering your organization. 

Your future team

In your care you have around 250 people that are your responsibility that will help you shape our future in Norway. You will lead your own management team and work in close collaboration with colleagues in Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Group. 

You will also be part of our network of owned retail operations in Europe representing markets in Finland, Denmark, Poland, Italy and France.
